Ihre Aufgaben:

1. Design Leadership

• Lead and manage design projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project goals
• Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and 3D models to stakeholders
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns

2. Concept Development

• Create innovative and forward-thinking design concepts for both interior and exterior vehicle components
• Conduct research and trend analysis to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with the design team to iterate and refine concepts

3. Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, product planning, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and integration
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Engage with suppliers and external partners to source materials and technologies

4. Execution

• Develop detailed design specifications and CAD models for production
• Oversee the development of prototypes and mock-ups
• Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements

5. Project Management

• Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
• Maintain organized documentation of design processes and decisions
• Communicate project status and progress to leadership and stakeholders

Ihr Profil:

1. Qualifications

• Education: Major in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Alias, CATIA, Rhino, Photoshop, and other industry-standard tools ·Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of innovative automotive designs and successful projects
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities

2. Competencies

• Passionate about automotive design and innovation
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and ergonomics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable and open to feedback, with a commitment to continuous improvement

3. Conditions

• Based in the design studio with standard office hours
• May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines or support studio events
